J.P. Morgan is seeking an experienced Vice President to join the EMEA Prime Financial Services Legal team, providing coverage for the PFS business across EMEA Equities.

You will translate complex UK/European regulatory requirements into practical guidance to support fast‑paced growth. You will onboard clients, draft and negotiate agreements across multiple products, and perform regulatory horizon scanning and risk management.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE in a leading firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong knowledge of UK/European regulatory regimes impacting Markets businesses.
• Experience with PFS products or derivatives preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support onboarding of new clients and manage relationships, drafting and negotiating multi-product legal agreements.
• Provide regulatory horizon scanning and impact assessment, compliance support and audit readiness.
• Identify and manage legal, regulatory, and reputational risks affecting PFS, including new product initiatives.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and risk/control functions; coordinate with external counsel as needed.
• Drive legal processes, documentation and efficiency improvements for scalable operations.
