Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an AI Product Manager for the AI for Operations team to set strategy and lead cross-functional teams building agentic AI pipelines to automate bank operations and workflows.

You will translate user and business needs into actionable requirements and clear roadmaps, guiding decisions from discovery through launch to deliver reliable outcomes. This role collaborates with researchers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in product management or a related technical role.
• Demonstrated experience operating in a strong product management culture.
• Demonstrated ability to own the full product lifecycle, including product documentation and execution through launch.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through technical and non-technical decisions.
• Working knowledge of large language model architectures and applied methods including prompting, context engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, model context protocols, and agentic frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities where AI can improve key business outcomes and operational performance.
• Translate user and business needs into product strategy, priorities, and actionable requirements.
• Own product roadmaps and write Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, analysts, and business stakeholders from concept through launch.
• Drive day-to-day decisions across product, design, and engineering to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Present product direction, progress, and trade-offs to leaders to gain alignment and buy-in.
