Job Introduction
Due to an internal promotion of one of our current Sales Executives, we are recruiting an enthusiastic individual to join our Volvo Dealership in Leamington Spa.
Experience in car sales is not required, as full support and training are provided. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar selling role or a premium customer service environment, and be seeking better career and reward opportunities.
The working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week and Sundays on a rota basis (8:30 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Saturday, and 10 am to 4 pm Sunday).
Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £51,520.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive with Listers, you’ll ensure every customer feels valued by understanding how our vehicles fit into their lives. Your goal is to match customers to the right car, with the features and add-ons they need, from financing to contracts, ensuring total customer satisfaction throughout the process.
