Katharine House Hospice in Stafford is seeking a Volunteer Lead to shape and grow our volunteer community. You will lead the day-to-day delivery of the volunteer programme, recruit volunteers, and build partnerships to deliver meaningful opportunities that support patients and families.

The role requires travel across sites, is 37.5 hours per week, and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Salary is £32,000 per annum with progression and development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Experience in volunteer management, community engagement, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day delivery and development of our volunteer programme.

• Promote volunteering through events, campaigns and community engagement activities.
• Champion an inclusive and positive volunteer culture.
• Develop initiatives that recognise and celebrate volunteer contributions.
• Monitor volunteer engagement, retention and impact to improve the experience.
