Zusammenfassung

Cambridgeshire County Council is recruiting for a part-time, fixed-term role within the Library Development Team in Cambridgeshire Libraries. You will lead on volunteering and health projects, while line-managing two Area Volunteer Coordinators and collaborating with Public Health.

The role is hybrid with home working and county-wide travel, 18.5 hours per week, and interviews will be held at Cambridge Central Library on 19 October 2026.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of developing volunteers within a public service.
• Ability to manage and empower volunteer teams.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive practices.

Aufgaben

• Develop, promote and coordinate volunteering opportunities across Cambridgeshire Library Service.
• Manage the Library at Home service and two Area Volunteer Coordinators.
• Collaborate with Public Health on health projects delivered via the Library Service.
