About the Company: At SkilledUp Life, we are passionate about developing a global talent pool and building tech companies. Since launching in August 2020, we have engaged over 44,700 volunteers from 136 countries and supported more than 130 tech companies.

About the Opportunity: Our success depends on the satisfaction of our community, which includes Volunteers and Tech Startup Customers. Your role is to provide support to prospective and existing Volunteers and Customers via Tawk Chat, direct messaging, and occasionally through WhatsApp and other social media channels. We are seeking Support Volunteers to provide 24/7 global coverage. Support Volunteers assist visitors with signing up, profile enhancement, and answering questions about SkilledUp Life.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Some experience in customer service/support
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong record keeping
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Professionalism
• Attention to detail

Activities:

• Engage regularly with community members to maintain a vibrant community
• Assist visitors in creating accounts and building profiles
• Utilize direct messaging and Tawk Chat for support
• Support companies in publishing opportunities
• Help advanced plan customers find suitable volunteers
• Assist volunteers in applying for opportunities
• Contribute to FAQ improvements
• Report issues to the Support team leadership
