Are you retired or semi-retired and looking for a meaningful way to give back? Would you like to use your experience to support a growing, Deaf-led organisation? If so, we would love to hear from you.

We are a Deaf-run company dedicated to making a difference in the community. We are currently looking for a Volunteer Company Adviser to join us and offer guidance and insight, ideally someone with a background in company management, leadership, or as a director. Your support could help shape our development and bring lasting impact.

Who we’re looking for:

• Someone with experience in business, management, or as a company director
• A good communicator and supportive team player
• You donotneed to be Deaf or know British Sign Language (BSL), as we provide interpreters for meetings. However, BSL knowledge is always a welcome bonus!
• Someone willing to share knowledge, offer advice, and guide us as we grow
