Job summary

The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking a Session Sports Coach (Volleyball) to deliver high-quality coaching across our Volleyball programme and support curriculum and extracurricular provision.

The successful candidate will support athlete development, promote participation and performance, and work with the Director of Volleyball to develop sessions, squads and student wellbeing across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• Full clean driving licence required.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and allocate tasks efficiently.
• Experience coaching and building positive relationships with young people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality volleyball coaching across curricular and extra-curricular sessions.
• Support development of competitive squads and programme growth.
• Collaborate with the Director of Volleyball to plan sessions and monitor student wellbeing.
• Support cross-site delivery across multiple locations.
