Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics.
• Experience of successful coaching at club level.
• Ability to form meaningful relationships with young people across the full age range of GORSE academies.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and the development and wellbeing of young people.
