Job summary

Elliott Hudson College is seeking a Session Sports Coach (Netball) to deliver high-quality coaching across our Netball programme, supporting curriculum and extracurricular provision.

The successful candidate will promote student participation, progress and performance while upholding safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing of young people in a culture aligned with Elliott Hudson College and The GORSE Academies Trust.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
• Experience of successful coaching at club level.
• Ability to form meaningful relationships with young people across the full age range.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing of young people.
