Job summary

Comcast Advertising is seeking a Customer Project Manager to oversee end-to-end VoIP deployments and hosted UC solutions. You will align business goals, allocate resources, and manage risks across the customer journey from post-sale activities to activation and installation.

The role requires strong stakeholder communication, project leadership, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver quality outcomes within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of coursework and experience may be considered.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in customer project management or telecom deployments.

Responsibilities

• Research emerging VoIP technologies and hosted UC platforms.
• Apply project management methodologies to VoIP deployments and procurement.
• Provide detailed updates on VoIP readiness and integration milestones for Teams and Webex.
• Lead projects to timely delivery within budgetary constraints and track dependencies.
• Validate interoperability between MS Teams, Webex, and SIP trunks during deployment.
• Coordinate vendor selection, QoS optimization, and compliance adherence.
• Support after-hours cutovers and emergency VoIP troubleshooting.
