Job summary

Comcast Business seeks a Customer Project Manager to oversee VoIP deployments from post-sale through activation, coordinating with sales, IT, and operations to align business goals and deliver successful implementations.

You'll manage resources, schedule migrations from legacy PBX to cloud VoIP, track milestones, and ensure uptime SLAs, E911 compliance, and disaster recovery. Strong stakeholder communication and vendor liaison skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing VoIP deployments and UC integrations.
• Knowledge of SIP trunking and hosted cloud telephony.
• Strong stakeholder communication and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Research VoIP technologies and hosted UC platforms; recommend best practices for call center integrations.
• Apply project management methodologies to VoIP deployments, including licensing and hardware procurement.
• Provide updates on readiness and milestones for MS Teams and Webex deployments.
• Create migration timelines from legacy PBX to cloud VoIP and track SIP trunk provisioning.
• Coordinate with telecom vendors, internal IT teams, and business units for voice initiatives.
• Ensure uptime SLAs, E911 compliance, and disaster recovery requirements.
