Job summary

Comcast Business is seeking an experienced Customer Project Manager to lead VoIP and UC deployment initiatives across global customer engagements. You will coordinate with sales, IT, and vendor teams from post-sale scoping through activation, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and meeting performance SLAs.

Responsibilities include researching VoIP technologies, managing resources and risks, and delivering seamless integration of MS Teams, Webex, and SIP trunks.

Qualifications

• VoIP deployment experience and UC platform familiarity.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Proven track record with project leadership and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Research emerging VoIP technologies and hosted UC platforms.
• Apply PM methodologies to VoIP deployments and SIP trunking.
• Provide updates on VoIP readiness and milestones for MS Teams and Webex.
• Lead migration planning from legacy PBX to cloud VoIP.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, QoS, and security considerations.
