Job description

Voids Team Leader

A great opportunity to work with a large housing provider’s maintenance team. Your time will be split between surveying void properties and owning the key‑to‑key process for homes within your area; creating schedules of works to ensure each void property is completed to high standards, and ensuring a team of around 10 multi‑skilled trades colleagues complete the required works efficiently and professionally.

Key experience:
