Axis CLC Group is seeking a proactive Voids Supervisor to cover Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk. We’re looking for a proactive and organisedVoids Supervisorto cover Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk. The role is to oversee the day-to-day delivery of our voids programme. You’ll manage subcontractors on site, ensuring repairs and improvements are completed efficiently, safely and to a high-quality standard, in line with client expectations and contract KPIs.
You’ll be the key link between operatives, admin teams, client representatives and housing officers—coordinating works, carrying out inspections, and resolving issues to keep the programme running smoothly.
You’re a confident people manager with strong trade knowledge and experience supervising maintenance or voids works. You can spot issues quickly, make sound decisions, and keep multiple jobs moving at pace while maintaining high standards.
You communicate clearly, care about resident experience, and take pride in delivering safe, compliant, high-quality homes.
