Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd is seeking a Voids Supervisor to oversee maintenance works across social housing properties in the Greater London area. You will manage operatives, coordinate trades, and ensure works meet safety, quality, and contractual standards on time.

The role requires prior voids supervisory experience in social housing, with SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely qualifications. A strong understanding of housing maintenance and health and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Voids Supervisor within social housing or property maintenance.
• Valid SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely qualification (minimum requirement).
• Where a trade or management qualification is held, evidence must be provided.
• Strong knowledge of housing maintenance, void processes, and health and safety requirements.

• Manage day-to-day activities of operatives, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate trades, monitor progress, and ensure properties are completed within agreed timescales.

• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and customers to support the smooth delivery of void works.
