Job summary

Elevate Projects Ltd is seeking a qualified surveyor to cover Leatherhead and surrounding areas. You will conduct pre- and post-inspections and prepare detailed reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical maintenance, while engaging with customers, leaseholders and stakeholders.

You will plan and coordinate repair and construction work to meet cost, time and quality standards, and carry out surveys to identify defects and risks, including major void inspections.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 is required.
• Member of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS or CIOB) is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs; engage with customers, leaseholders and stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to deliver according to cost, time and quality standards.
• Undertake building and technical surveys to determine condition, identify defects and risks; perform major void inspections and advise on improvements.
