Job summary

Elevate Projects Ltd is seeking a qualified surveyor to cover Leatherhead and surrounding areas. You will conduct pre- and post-inspections and prepare detailed reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical maintenance, while engaging with customers, leaseholders and stakeholders.

You will plan and coordinate repair and construction work to meet cost, time and quality standards, and carry out surveys to identify defects and risks, including major void inspections.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 is required.
• Member of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS or CIOB) is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs; engage with customers, leaseholders and stakeholders.

Job description

Covering Leatherhead and Dorking - Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager you'll be responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs, consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders.

You'll plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards.

We'll look to you to undertake building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks. You'll carry out major void inspections and ensure that work is completed in line with KPIs and make recommendations based on survey findings.

It is essential that you have at least Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and are a member of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS or CIOB
