You'll carry out repairs, maintenance and refurbishment tasks in vacant homes, using mobile tech to record work and provide photos of completed works. Health and safety are priorities as you support safe, well-kept homes for residents.

What You Will Be Doing

You will carry out a range of repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works to vacant properties, working from detailed specifications to ensure each home is ready for re-letting. You’ll use mobile technology to manage and record jobs, accurately complete work orders, and provide photographic evidence of completed works. As part of the role, you will maintain high standards of health and safety, identify and report safeguarding concerns, ensure company vehicles and equipment are well cared for, and contribute to delivering an efficient, value-for-money service that puts residents at the heart of everything we do.
