Hammond Clarke is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the Southwark Voids Service, delivering rapid property returns to lettable condition and ensuring alignment with the Voids Recovery Programme. Responsabilidades

• Strategic operational leadership: act as operational lead for the Southwark Voids Service and translate strategic objectives into delivery plans.
• Manage Contracts Managers and ensure accountability for performance and delivery.
• Oversee Surveyors and Service Managers with functional reporting lines to the Senior Operations Manager.
• Direct workflow, resource and productivity management from void properties to hand back to Lettings.
• Coordinate Technical Administration and Lettings activities to support service delivery.
• Drive measurable operational improvements through structured performance management and control.
• Monitor contracts, capacity planning and contractor workloads to maintain service standards.
