The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Void Supervisor to join an established UK property construction and maintenance business, delivering refurbishment and maintenance services across domestic and commercial properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing property voids, ensuring refurbishment works are completed to a high standard, within agreed timescales and in line with client requirements.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, requiring strong organisational skills, a good understanding of property maintenance and the ability to coordinate multiple trades and projects.
