Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to lead the Voice Service within the Adult Physical Health SLT Team. You will oversee expert assessment, diagnosis and management of adults with voice and swallowing disorders, and collaborate with ENT to offer joint clinics.

You will drive service development, provide specialist guidance to colleagues and supervise SLT staff, whilst promoting regular peer supervision, CPD opportunities

Formación

• HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist with current registration.
• Leadership experience in a clinical service.
• Advanced clinical skills in voice and swallowing disorders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Voice Service across adult SLT.
• Deliver joint Voice Clinics with ENT colleagues.
• Supervise SLTs and SLT assistants and provide specialist mentoring.
• Drive service development, quality improvement and CPD within the team.
