Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to lead the Voice Service. You will provide expert assessment, diagnosis and management for adults with voice and swallowing disorders, work with ENT pathways, and deliver joint Voice Clinics.

The role requires leadership and advanced clinical skills, supervision duties, and active involvement in service development and quality improvement within a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• Postgraduate experience relevant to Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC Membership (Health and Care Professions Council).
• FEES training is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage a highly specialist and complex caseload of swallowing, voice and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with MDT to provide targeted management and rehabilitation.
• Supervise SLT assistants and colleagues.
• Lead and develop the Voice Service with clinics and therapy groups.
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement.

Educación
