Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to lead the Voice Service, providing expert assessment, diagnosis and management for adults with voice, swallowing and communication disorders, in partnership with ENT colleagues across Gloucestershire.

You will develop specialist clinics, supervise SLTs and assistants, and drive service development and quality improvement within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Experience in voice service delivery and leadership responsibilities.
• Experience running clinical groups and managing voice-related programmes.
• Experience with voice, swallowing and communication disorders in adults.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage a highly specialist and complex caseload for adults with swallowing, voice and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with the MDT to provide targeted management and rehabilitation for patients.
• Supervise SLT assistants, newly qualified and experienced SLTs.
• Lead and develop the Voice Service and contribute to service development.
