Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc in the UK is seeking a change management lead to drive people-side transformation across the organisation in a hybrid London-based setting.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear adoption plans, build readiness, and embed new ways of working while measuring progress and delivering value.

Job description

Location: London + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What you’ll do
  • Lead the people side of transformation, ensuring new processes, tools and ways of working are successfully adopted and embedded.
  • Partner with Transformation Leads and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable change plans.
  • Assess change impacts across roles, skills, behaviours, governance and operating models, tailoring support to different audience needs.
  • Build readiness, adoption and reinforcement strategies that help teams navigate change with confidence.
  • Proactively identify adoption risks and resistance points, implementing effective mitigation plans to minimise disruption.
  • Equip leaders to become visible change champions who inspire, influence and role‑model new behaviours.
  • Create compelling communications, learning materials and guidance that drive understanding, engagement and alignment.
  • Track adoption, behavioural and capability metrics, using data-driven insights to strengthen outcomes and accelerate value realisation.
  • Embed new ways of working into business-as-usual processes, governance and performance routines to ensure long‑term success.
  • Support post‑implementation reviews, measuring the effectiveness of change initiatives and validating realised benefits.
Who you are
  • Experienced in leading change management initiatives within large, complex or operationally focused organisations.
  • Knowledgeable in behavioural change, adoption strategies and the broader impacts of organisational transformation.
  • Able to turn strategic vision into practical, real‑world actions that frontline and operational teams can confidently embrace.
  • Skilled at building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including constructively challenging where needed.
  • Data‑literate, with the ability to define, analyse and interpret adoption, usage and behavioural performance metrics.
  • Comfortable managing multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high standards and clarity of execution.
  • An excellent communicator who can simplify complex messages and create engaging, audience‑focused content.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively alongside transformation specialists, subject matter experts and business leaders.
  • Passionate about creating positive change and helping people thrive in evolving environments.
