You will create personalised learning experiences designed to re-engage students and support progression beyond education.

This role requires safeguarding commitment and a collaborative approach with teaching assistants and specialist staff to monitor progress and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching vocational subjects, ideally Construction.
• Teaching or Assessor Qualification.
• Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment and behaviour management in specialist settings.
• Ability to plan, deliver, and assess effective teaching and learning.
• Safeguarding and professional standards.
