Key Responsibilities

1. Delivering High-Quality Training: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and informative sessions to Recruitment apprentices, ensuring that learning outcomes are met, and learners are motivated and supported throughout their apprenticeship.
2. Assessment and Feedback: Assess learners’ work in line with awarding body requirements, providing constructive feedback and setting SMART targets to support progression.
3. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and review of the curriculum to ensure it is current, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.
4. Support and Mentoring: Provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentoring to learners, helping them to overcome any barriers to learning and achieve their qualifications.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of learner progress, attendance, and assessments, in accordance with Juniper Training’s policies and procedures.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery of the apprenticeship program and promote best practices.
7. CPD: Engage in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry changes, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices.

Qualifications And Experience

1. Essential:
2. PTLLS or equivalent.
3. Experience of working as an Employability Tutor would be desirable but not essential.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
5. Competent IT skills for maintaining learner records.

The advertised salary will be pro rata depending on hours agreed. This role could become full time if required by taking on the Progressions Coordinator role part time.
