Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is recruiting a Forklift Driver for a global soft drinks manufacturer based in Bridgwater (TA6). The role offers a basic salary with a shift allowance and a 4 on/4 off rolling pattern.

Training will be provided to operate Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) trucks, with health, safety and quality standards strictly followed. Experience with VNA, Reach or Counterbalance forklifts is desirable but not essential, as full VNA training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality standards awareness.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to VNA operations.

Responsibilities

• Move, store and dispatch materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload palletised goods.
• Place and retrieve stock from racking up to 16 metres high.
• Prepare products for production and customer dispatch.
• Maintain stock accuracy and inventory records.
• Follow all Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
