Job summary

Alliance Automotive Logistics is seeking a VNA driver for our Rotherham National Distribution Centre. You will accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders, perform stock checks, and help maintain a tidy, safe warehouse environment.

The role requires a fully accredited VNA license and previous warehouse experience. You will work as part of a dynamic team, loading and unloading deliveries and following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Fully accredited VNA license.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing.
• Basic IT skills for data entry and scanning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in line with company procedures.
• Carry out stock checks, cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety issues promptly to management.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and safety.
