Job summary

Alliance Automotive Logistics in the United Kingdom seeks motivated VNA drivers for our Rotherham National Distribution Centre to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch. You will perform stock checks, cycle counts, and maintain inventory while upholding health and safety standards.

The role requires a valid VNA license, prior warehouse experience, physical fitness, good teamwork, and basic IT/data entry skills.

Qualifications

• Fully accredited VNA license.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Basic data entry and scanning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in line with company procedures
• Carry out stock checks, cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles efficiently
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety issues promptly to management
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and safety
