Job summary

Alliance Automotive Logistics is seeking motivated VNA drivers for our National Distribution Centre in Rotherham. You will accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders, perform stock checks, and keep inventory records up to date.

The role requires a valid VNA licence and previous warehouse experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment with 4on4off shifts, contributing to safety, efficiency, and teamwork while supporting loading and unloading of vehicles.

Qualifications

• Fully accredited VNA licence.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in line with company procedures.
• Carry out stock checks, cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or safety issues to management.
