Job summary

FPS Distribution Ltd is seeking motivated VNA drivers for our Rotherham National Distribution Centre to join a fast-paced warehouse team. You will play a crucial role in accurate and efficient order preparation and dispatch, ensuring stock checks and inventory accuracy while maintaining safety standards.

Shifts available include days, afternoons and nights on a 4 on/4 off pattern, with opportunities for progression and benefits from a global brand. Training and team support are provided.

Qualifications

• Fully accredited VNA licence.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing and walking for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Basic IT skills for data entry and scanning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch in line with company procedures.
• Carry out stock checks, cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, tidy and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
• Report discrepancies, damages or safety issues promptly to management.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and safety.

We are currently looking for VNA drivers to join our team based at our Rotherham National Distribution Centre. You will play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient assembly of customers' orders.

We are seeking motivated, friendly, hard-working individuals who thrive in a dynamic work environment.
