Job summary

Alliance Automotive Logistics at the Rotherham National Distribution Centre is recruiting VNA drivers to accurately pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch. The role requires experience in a warehouse setting and the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and long periods of standing.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with team members to meet daily targets. Shifts run 0600-1800 days or 1800-0600 nights on a 4on/4off pattern with competitive hourly pay and

• Fully accredited VNA licence is required.

We are currently looking for VNA drivers to join our team based at our Rotherham National Distribution Centre. You will play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient assembly of customers' orders.

Shifts time available:

0600 - 1800 Days OR 1800 - 0600 Nights, 4on 4off Pattern

Pay Rates:

£14.20 p/h Days - £18 p/h Nights

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in line with company procedures
• Carry out stock checks, cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles efficiently
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety issues promptly to management
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and safety

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Fully accredited VNA license
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Ability to work physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing
• Basic IT skills for data entry and scanning tasks
