Job summary

Pertemps Birmingham Industrial is recruiting experienced VNA Drivers for a leading logistics company specializing in pharmaceutical storage and distribution. You will store, pick, and replenish stock in a fast-paced distribution centre while upholding safety, quality and compliance.

Shifts rotate across mornings, afternoons and nights with pay £13.54–£18.00 per hour, depending on the shift. A valid VNA licence and warehouse experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid and accredited VNA licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).
• Previous experience operating a VNA truck within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced logistics operation.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Put away inbound stock into designated warehouse locations.
• Replenish picking locations to ensure operational efficiency.
• Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Load and unload vehicles as required.
• Carry out stock movements, inventory checks, and cycle counts.
• Ensure products are handled in accordance with pharmaceutical quality standards.
• Report damaged stock, shortages, or discrepancies promptly.

Pay Rate: £13.54 - £18.00 per hour (depending on shift)
