Job summary

DUSK is seeking a VNA Driver for our Doncaster warehouse. Must hold a valid VNA licence and be comfortable working rotating day/night shifts. You will operate VNA trucks, manage stock with WMS, and help maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment. Competitive hourly rate with night premium and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid VNA licence.
• Proven experience operating VNA Trucks in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days and nights.

Responsibilities

• Operate VNA Truck equipment safely and efficiently in line with site procedures and training.
• Pick, put away, relocate, and replenish stock to designated locations.
• Work accurately with warehouse management systems (WMS), scanners, or paperwork.
• Ensure correct stock rotation (FIFO) and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Carry out daily equipment checks and report faults or maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Adhere to health & safety regulations, including manual handling and traffic rules.
• Support general warehouse duties including loading/unloading and stock counts.
• Communicate effectively with Team Leaders to meet operational targets.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallets, conveyors).
• Complete all daily MHE checks and report issues.

We are looking for a VNA Driver to join our Team at our Warehouse in Doncaster.

Please note for this role you MUST have a Valid VNA licence .

Salary: £14.90 ph + excellent benefits package

Pitman Shift 33h / 44h rotating each week days and nights. Night Premium £1.50ph

Role Responsibilities:

• Operate VNA Truck equipment safely and efficiently in line with site procedures and training


• Pick, put away, relocate, and replenish stock to designated locations

• Support general warehouse duties as required, including loading/unloading and stock counts

• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.


• Ensure all daily MHE checks are completed and any issues raised


• Involves working at height and in narrow aisle environments


• Physically active role requiring standing, lift and operating machinery

About You

• Valid VNA licence


• In-house training will be given


• Proven experience operating VNA Trucks in a warehouse environment


• Good attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Basic IT or scanning system experience preferred
