Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics Limited in Crick (NN6 7GZ) is seeking experienced VNA Operatives to join our warehouse team. You will pick, pack, sort and prepare stock for dispatch while maintaining high safety and customer service standards.

Role offers a stable Monday-Friday pattern with multiple shifts (6:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00) and full uniform provided. Join a supportive team and contribute to efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential and preferred.
• Solid understanding of warehouse Health & Safety procedures.
• Experience using stock management systems or inventory software.
• Valid FLT licence with VNA experience desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete all consignment paperwork accurately and on time.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and missing items.
• Carry out daily and weekly safety checks on warehouse equipment and work areas.
• Report and complete all relevant compliance documentation.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
• Work safely and follow all Health & Safety procedures.
• Support other departments when required to ensure operational efficiency.

About The Role

As a VNA Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, sorting and preparing stock for dispatch while maintaining exceptional standards of safety and customer service.
