Job summary
Motorola Solutions in the United Kingdom seeks a Product Manager to own the VMS product area within our video platform, driving strategy and prioritization. With 3-5 years in product management, you’ll define and track product metrics, translate findings into informed decisions, and collaborate with Marketing and other teams to ensure successful launches and fast feedback loops from the field.
You’ll work in a hybrid environment reporting to the Director of Product Management for Cloud Video
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of product management experience.
- Experience defining and tracking product metrics with data-driven prioritization.
- Proven ability to articulate product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience integrating AI or analytics into a product (video/analytics context).
- Experience with cloud and on-premise deployments or migration from legacy to cloud.
- Experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
- Ability to translate customer discovery into product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing and other product teams to enable successful launches and fast feedback from the field.
- Lead Continuous Discovery by talking to customers regularly.
