Job summary

Anthropologie Chelsea in London is seeking a visually driven VM lead to translate seasonal direction into compelling in-store experiences, inspiring customers and supporting sales.

You will partner with the Store Manager, Display Coordinators and Head Office to deliver high-impact displays, window schemes and styling, and coach teams on merchandising standards across the district. Occasional travel to new store openings may be required, with opportunities for continued learning and development.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving sales through excellent visual presentations.
• Understanding Anthropologie culture and local market appeal.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and possess strong organisational skills.
• Project and time management experience.
• Willingness to travel and be away from a home store for periods to support openings and projects.
• Retail management experience with creative interests in fashion, art, or music.
• Portfolio submitted if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of all visual projects in store to deliver inspiring customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, Display Coordinators and creative team on seasonal layouts and VM direction.
• Deliver seasonal displays, window schemes and styling to a high standard.
• Communicate seasonal set-ups through photo layouts with Head Office guidance.
• Coach team on merchandising standards and placement, and support in promotion execution.
