Job summary

COS in London is seeking a Visual Merchandiser Manager to lead in-store experiences that reflect the brand’s luxury aesthetic and drive sales performance.

You will interpret sales data, design window displays, style mannequins and train a team to uphold high visual standards while delivering exceptional customer journeys across varied hours.

The role is full-time (39 hours/week) at Cos, High Street Kensington, with staff discount on H&M Group brands.

Qualifications

• Experience applying brand visual guidelines in retail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience through expert styling and a visually compelling store environment.
• Interpret sales data and customer insights to inform the store's visual direction.
• Design and install impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity.
• Style mannequins and outfits to inspire purchasing decisions.
• Merchandise the shop floor in alignment with guidelines for cohesive presentation.
• Support sales team and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
• Set and maintain high visual standards and train the team to uphold consistency.
• Act as a brand ambassador and lead a team of Visual Merchandisers to excellent visuals.
• Maintain communication with Area Visual team and store management for alignment.
