COS is seeking a Visual Merchandiser Manager in London to lead in-store visual storytelling and commercial presentation at COS High Street Kensington. You will guide styling, window concepts, and mannequin ensembles to reflect seasonal trends and brand identity.

The role requires leadership experience, strong customer focus, and the ability to drive sales through compelling visuals while collaborating with store teams and the Area Visual group.

Qualificações

• Customer-Centric mindset to elevate in-store experiences while delivering stellar service.
• Skilled in applying brand visual guidelines, including window displays and mannequin styling to boost sales impact.
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, silhouettes, and seasonal styling for engaging displays.
• Experience using KPIs, sales data and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions.
• Leadership experience managing a team or supervising colleagues is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, team organization, and coaching abilities.
• Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and customer requests.
• Eager to learn and actively pursue personal and professional growth.
• Previous experience in a Visual Merchandiser Manager role.
• Comfortable working varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer experiences with styling advice and a visually compelling store environment.
• Interpret sales data and insights to define and execute the store's visual direction.
• Design and install impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity.
• Style mannequins and create outfits that inspire purchases.
• Merchandise the shop floor per company guidelines for a cohesive presentation.
• Support the sales team in daily store operations and customer journey quality.
• Set and maintain high VM standards; train and mentor team members.
• Act as a brand ambassador ensuring every visual element contributes to engagement.
• Lead a team of Visual Merchandiser(s) to achieve excellent visual standards.
• Maintain regular communication with Area Visual team and Store Management for alignment.
