Job summary

H&M in London, based at St Paul’s, is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for a permanent full-time role (39 hours). You will implement visual standards, drive commercial excellence, and contribute to an inspiring customer experience.

You will analyse sales data, collaborate with management, and coach store staff to deliver a great customer experience, focusing on fashion-forward presentation and profitable selling throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling actions in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in your store.
• Analyse sales performance, ensure garment care and identify visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Management teams.
• Use your trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, and equip them to deliver a great customer experience.
