Job summary

COS Regent Street in London is seeking a dedicated Visual Merchandiser to elevate the in-store journey through compelling window displays, mannequin styling and cohesive floor presentation.

You will translate fashion trends into engaging visuals, interpret sales data to inform direction, and mentor junior staff to uphold high merchandising standards while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

As a Visual Merchandiser, you play a pivotal role in shaping an exceptional in-store customer journey. Key Responsibilities

• Delivering an excellent customer experience through expert styling advice, deep product knowledge, and a visually compelling store environment
• Interpreting sales data and customer insights to inform and execute the store's visual direction
• Designing and installing impactful window displays that reflect seasonal trends and brand identity
• Styling mannequins and creating outfit combinations that inspire and influence customer purchasing decisions
• Merchandising the shop floor in alignment with company guidelines to ensure a cohesive and commercial presentation
• Supporting the sales team in daily store operations and contributing to a seamless customer experience
• Setting and maintaining high visual merchandising standards, while training and mentoring team members to uphold consistency
• Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring every visual element contributes to a memorable and engaging customer journey

Qualifications

• Visual Merchandising Standards: Skilled in executing brand visual guidelines, including window displays, mannequin styling, and in-store presentation to enhance commercial impact.
• Fashion Knowledge: Strong understanding of current fashion trends, silhouettes, and seasonal styling, with a passion for translating them into compelling visual displays.
• Commercial Awareness: Experienced in using KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions and drive store performance.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Committed to elevating the in-store experience through impactful visual storytelling and exceptional customer service. Enthusiastic about fashion and passionate about sharing product knowledge and styling advice to create meaningful customer interactions.
• Communication: Experience in organizing teams, providing constructive feedback, and coaching others to improve performance and service standards.
• Operational Knowledge: Solid understanding of store operations, including stock handling, customer service, and daily routines gained through hands‑on retail experience.
• Adaptability & Flexibility: Embraces change with a proactive mindset, responding quickly to updates in stock levels, customer needs, and business priorities.

Additional Information

This is a full‑time position with a contract of 39 hours a week based in COS Regent Street.
