• Proven track record of driving sales through visual presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of in-store visual projects and seasonal layouts.
• Collaborate with display coordinator to deliver high-standard schemes.
• Support communication and execution of layouts across the district.
• Manage seasonal concepts with effective planning and mapping.
• Communicate seasonal setups through photo layouts quarterly.
• Implement vm initiatives and styling direction to the highest standard.
• Convey merchandising concepts and trends to store teams.
• Inspire teams by sharing ideas and information from Head Office.
• Delegate projects while enabling others to contribute creatively.
• Coach team on merchandise placement and display standards.
• Facilitate efficient shipment processing to maximise sales.
• Maintain an organised office, signage storage, and fixture room.
• Uphold mystery shop standards and company averages.
• Build community relationships reflecting urban culture.
