H&M Birmingham New Street is seeking a Visual Merchandiser Manager to lead visual standards and drive commercial excellence, ensuring an inspiring customer experience.

The permanent full-time role (39 hours) requires 7 days of flexibility, including weekends. You will manage the Visual Merchandising team and work with Store Management and the Area Visual Manager to drive store activation and performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling actions in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in your store.
• Lead your Visual Merchandising team to prioritise and successfully execute store activation plan and collaborating with the Store Management team and the Area Visual Manager.
• Keep informed about your store’s key strengths and areas for growth, while staying aware of competitors and understanding the local market and customer needs
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
