Job summary

H&M Harlow is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to implement visual standards and drive commercial excellence, delivering an inspiring customer experience at the Harlow store.

You will analyse sales performance, coach the store team using trend insights, and collaborate with management to seize visual and selling opportunities. This is a permanent full-time role with 39 hours per week and weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
• Motivated to create outstanding customer experiences while promoting and driving sales.
• Knowledgeable on how to analyse and act on sales reports and optimise selling.
• Creative, curious, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling actions in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in your store.
• Analyse sales performance, ensure garment care and identify visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Management teams.
• Use your trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, and equip them to deliver a great customer experience.
