Job summary

H&M Leeds White Rose is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for a temporary full-time 39-hour contract based in-store. You’ll help create an inspiring and consistent customer experience by applying visual standards, driving commercial excellence, and working with store teams to enhance sales.

Flexibility to work weekends is required. You will analyse sales performance, ensure garment care, and identify visual and commercial opportunities with management.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
• Motivation to create outstanding customer experiences while promoting and driving sales.
• Knowledge of analysing and acting on sales reports to optimise selling.
• Creative, curious, and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling actions in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in your store.
• Analyse sales performance, ensure garment care and identify visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Management teams.
• Use your trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, and equip them to deliver a great customer experience.
