Role Overview

The VM Specialist's main responsibility is to deliver visual merchandising standards, rate card updates, brand installations, and new launches across the store. With a passion for visual merchandising, they will liaise closely with store management, visual merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure activations are delivered on time and to brand expectations.

They must aim to:

  • Live our Brand Vision and Mission by embodying our values and behaviors
  • Create a visually inspiring and inviting store environment following VM guidelines
  • Maintain a fully compliant store adhering to all company policies
Key Responsibilities
  • Attract new customers through our brands
  • Deliver installations, rate card activations, and brand launches on time
  • Understand the impact of visual merchandising on customer acquisition and KPIs
  • Follow stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimize loss
  • Support visual merchandising updates, new brand launches, events, and promotions, including out-of-hours work

  • Support the Customer First service journey when necessary
