Role Overview

The VM Specialists main responsibility is to deliver visual merchandising standards, rate card updates, brand installations, and new launches, across the store. With a passion and enthusiasm for visual merchandising, they will liaise closely with the store management team, visual merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure activations are delivered on time and to brand expectations.

They must aim to deliver:

• A fully compliant store, adhering to all company processes and polices

Key Responsibilities

  • Attract New customers through our brands
  • Delivers installations, rate card activations, and brand launches on time
  • Understands the impact that visual merchandising has on acquisition of new customers and driving KPI’s
  • Follows all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss
  • Flexibility to work out of hours to support visual merchandising updates, launch new brands, events and promotions

Customer First

  • Deliver a visually inspiring and easy to shop store experience
  • When necessary, be able to support the Customer First service journey

  • Works as one team to ensure a visually inspiring store is delivered consistently
  • Fully embraces the team effort and take pride in achieving a common goal demonstrating the ‘We Are One Team’ value
  • Open and supportive of other ideas and opinions creating an inclusive, welcoming and approachable store environment

  • Communicates clearly and concisely with their store team
