Job Description

This is a temporary position offering 39 hours per week, based in the H&M Swansea store.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for creating an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style. You will implement visual identity, drive routines, support selling, and assist the team in delivering a Customer First Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the store in achieving a customer-first experience through visual identity aligned with H&M guidelines.
• Support, coach, and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge.
• Ensure safety, security, and administrative procedures are followed.
• Monitor Store KPIs and initiate actions to meet business targets, goals, and budgets.
