Job summary

Søstrene Grene is hiring a Visual Merchandiser to maintain and evolve the store's visual expression in Kingston-upon-Thames. You will craft engaging displays that reflect the Anna and Clara world, balancing creativity with commercial goals.

Qualifications

Experience in creating in-store visual displays and merchandising concepts.
Keen eye for colours, materials and interior trends.
Ability to translate brand image into customer-facing visuals.

Responsibilities

Maintain the store's visual appearance to reflect Søstrene Grene brand.
Refresh window displays and in-store areas regularly.
Create attractive, commercially effective product displays to drive sell-through.
Assist with weekly drops and visual elements per guidelines.
Contribute to stocking, replenishment and keeping sales floor visually appealing.
Use sales data to influence merchandising decisions and KPIs.
Support Store Manager to drive KPIs through effective visuals.
Provide feedback on display effectiveness and product performance.
Stay updated on current retail, homeware and visual trends.
Build positive relationships with colleagues and foster team environment.
Act as a role model for teamwork, communication and customer service.
Keyholder responsibilities as required.
